The Induction Sealer/Aluminum Foil Sealing machine is widely used for bottle aluminum sealing in an effort to play an important role in the prevention of corrosion and thievery.
Key Features:
- Applicable for different-size round, rectangular and irregular bottles and containers without spare parts change over.
- Tunnel design sealing head. It is especially suitable for closures requiring a foil liner deep inside its chamber, e.g. sports caps and child resistant closures. Height of sealing head adjustable.
- Sealing power can be adjusted according to the process (packing speed, type of cover etc.)
- The foil sensor removes improperly capped bottles or foil misses.
